Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

At Happy Kidi, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We work with trusted courier services to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process.


PROCESSING TIME

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


SHIPPING METHODS

We use PostEx as our primary courier service for deliveries across Pakistan. PostEx is a reliable and efficient courier service that ensures timely delivery of your orders.


DELIVERY TIME

  • Major Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Other Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 149 for orders under PKR 5,000
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of PKR 5,000 and above

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.


SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Sialkot
  • Gujranwala
  • And many more cities across Pakistan

For remote or far-flung areas, delivery may take additional time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at info@happykidi.com before placing your order.


PAYMENT METHODS

We offer multiple convenient payment options:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order
  2. Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our account
  3. JazzCash: Mobile wallet payment
  4. EasyPaisa: Mobile wallet payment
  5. Online Payment: Credit/Debit card payment through secure payment gateway

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the PostEx website or by contacting their customer service.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@happykidi.com


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. This should include:

  • Full name of the recipient
  • Complete street address
  • City and postal code
  • Contact phone number

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@happykidi.com


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner (PostEx) will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to:

  • Recipient not available
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Contact number not reachable

The order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for return shipping costs. Please ensure you are available to receive your order or provide an alternative contact person.


DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays and weekends
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Courier service delays
  • Remote location accessibility issues

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues promptly.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@happykidi.com. We will work with our courier partner to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will either:

  • Send a replacement (subject to product availability)
  • Issue a full refund

Damaged Packages:

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or products:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the package appears severely damaged
  2. If you have already accepted the delivery, take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  3. Contact us within 24 hours at info@happykidi.com with photos and your order number
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders may be deemed undeliverable if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient refuses to accept the package
  • The recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • The contact number provided is incorrect or unreachable

In such cases, the order will be returned to us. You may be required to pay return shipping charges and re-shipping charges if you wish to have the order sent again.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside Pakistan and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@happykidi.com to discuss possible arrangements.


BUSINESS DAYS

Our business days are Monday to Saturday. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Since we only ship within Pakistan, there are no customs or import duties applicable to our shipments.
